I figured I'd keep my log here as well. I'm currently ~17 weeks out of my meet, and my goal is to qualify for APF Seniors on my second attempts and then go for Elite on my thirds. Here is yesterdays workout.

8/13 - ME Bench

Standing DB Shoulder Press

DB Curls (Prehab)
