Hey guys, I'm beginning a workout on a daily basis, rotating from upper and lower body each day for 6 days a week. so far all i have for equipment is a set of dumbbells. I'm taking Whey Protein with Leucine, and Amplified Creatine 189. Anyway, looking to find ways to start bulking up even moderately faster/effectively. I play football and need to get big as we are bumping up to Double A this season, and earning my spot on the field is not going to be easy. I understand building muscle information is key, any dietary, workout suggestions, for the beginner bodybuilder would be much appreciated. Thanks, hope to hear from you soon. -Calico
